We are a small, Canada-based development team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of realism within the Roblox platform. Our mission is to bring the future of immersive Roblox experiences into the present by combining technical expertise with creative innovation.
With a strong focus on high-quality lighting systems, graphical effects (GFX), environment and map design, as well as intuitive and visually compelling interface design, we strive to elevate the standard of realism and user experience across all of our projects. Through passion, precision, and attention to detail, we aim to deliver work that not only meets expectations—but exceeds them.
While our expertise spans multiple areas of development, we primarily specialize in the design and creation of realistic elevators and elevator components, including fixtures, control systems, and mechanical details—all crafted to closely mirror their real-world counterparts.
In addition to elevator systems, our team is experienced in designing full-scale office towers and shopping complexes within the Roblox platform. These environments are developed with a strong focus on realism, functionality, and architectural accuracy, and come fully equipped with all necessary interior and exterior assets to create immersive, lifelike experiences.
We also take pride in our ability to produce highly accurate 1:1 replications of real-world buildings and locations. Whether it's a corporate office, urban retail center, or custom architectural space, we carefully study and translate real structures into the Roblox environment with precision and attention to detail, delivering projects that are both visually compelling and technically sound.
Our journey began in early 2021 as a small development team of just two members, focused primarily on designing elevators and their related components within the Roblox platform. This initial phase lasted until 2022, when development activities were put on hold.
Following a period of inactivity, a decision was made by our CEO to revive the project with a renewed vision. In August 2023, the group was re-established under a new identity—OPR Developments. With a stronger focus on realism, we shifted toward creating highly detailed 1:1 replications of real-world elevator systems, while also introducing custom-designed fixtures inspired by existing industry lineups.
In 2024, we began development on what would become our flagship project, York Office Complex—a modern, high-fidelity office tower designed to showcase our capabilities in architectural design, lighting, and elevator systems. That same year, we also released a related title, Bromsgrove District, which has since been discontinued and is no longer receiving regular updates. Our efforts are now fully dedicated to the ongoing development of York Office Complex, which we are excited to open to the public in the near future.
In early 2025, we entered a new chapter by merging with Progression Softworks, and subsequently rebranding under the name Progression Developments. This transition marked a significant step forward in our mission to bring advanced realism and innovation to the Roblox platform.
