By accessing or using any part of Progression Developments (“we”, “our”, or “us”) services—including our games, websites, community platforms, and digital products—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

All games, assets, designs, and content created by Progression Developments are the intellectual property of the company and its creators.

Redistribution of our assets or paid products is strictly prohibited, unless explicit written permission is granted by authorized staff.
Unauthorized redistribution will result in immediate blacklisting from all company services, and a civil DMCA copyright request will be filed.
Redistributing, copying, or stealing any of our games or resources is a severe violation of these Terms.
Offenders will be permanently blacklisted and subject to legal action under copyright law.

4. Enforcement and Bans

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to any service at any time, especially if these Terms are violated.

Attempting to bypass any punishment (e.g., game ban, store ban, forum restriction, server access removal) will result in suspension of access to the affected service across all accounts.
Any actions taken to evade detection, impersonate staff, or manipulate systems will be treated as violations of these Terms.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through our platforms are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks or payment reversals without cause may result in loss of access to services and blacklisting.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

We will update the “last revised” date to reflect changes. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in misconduct.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We may also delete or restrict access to any associated data.

8. Community Guidelines

By participating in our Discord, forums, or in-game chat, you agree to:

Treat others with respect and refrain from harassment
Not post or share offensive, harmful, or illegal content
Follow staff directions and community-specific rules

Violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services.
